We love getting the opportunity to get out and about in the community and meet our donors.

The Scots School Albury have been long term supporters of Border Trust, often contributing to the Back-to-School Program or other current needs.  In 2018, the Year 12 student leadership group decided to establish a Named Sub Fund to create a lasting legacy that future year groups can contribute to.  The aim of this fund is to build it to a level where they can start to support the causes they care about – a fantastic initiative that we are are proud to host.

We recently visited the school and met with school captains Ziggy and Dylan who helped lead the fundraising events this year. Both students were passionate about supporting our local community – they love that all funds raised with Border Trust stay local.  While it has been a tricky year to host events, the Year 12’s of 2021 managed to raise an amazing $3,031.

Our thanks to Ziggy and Dylan, the Leadership Group and whole Scots School community for your generous contributions.   We can’t wait to see where it takes you!
