Bushfire Relief Grant Program – Round 2

Round two of the Bushfire Relief Fund Grant Program is an open round commencing on the 1 November 2020 and closing on the 30 April 2021.

Applications can be received at any time during this period and will be considered in December 2020 and February, April and June 2021.  Funds will be available throughout this period. 

The grant program is primarily targeting applications up to $10,000 although larger applications can be considered with prior discussion.

Corryong Youth Club Hall $11,985 – Cooking with Gas

Myrtleford Chamber Commerce & Industry $5,000 – With One Voice Choir Project

Upper Murray Innovation Foundation $10,000 – Thowgla History Project

Tumbarumba Artists on Parade $2,500 – A Writing Life

St Judes Anglican Church of Australia Tumbaramba $13,500 – Hall Upgrade – Heating and Cooling

Corryong Machinery Club $10,000 – Site Development

Lucyvale Tennis Club $10,000 – Tennis Court Re-Seal

Upper Murray Innovation Foundation $7,000 – Nariel Valley Connectivity Project

Jingelic Hub $4,000 – Interpretative Signage

Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program $5,665 – Scholarship for 2022 Program

The Border Trust Bushfire Recovery Grant Scheme aims to support the recovery of communities within our local region, including the local government areas of  Alpine, Greater Hume, Towong and Snowy Valleys.
