Announcements, Events, News

Applications are now open for the 2026 Fischer Community Leadership Program, delivered locally in Lockhart and The Rock from late February to March.

The program is open to anyone aged 18 and over, with relevance to a wide range of people involved in community life, including sporting clubs, committees, associations, not-for-profits, local government, emergency services, and local groups.

Through participating, you will gain insight into your leadership style and personal strengths, working with others, navigating decision-making, influencing outcomes, and turning ideas into action. Topics focus on practical tools for local impact, including decision-making across government, running effective committees and meetings, planning a community project, and using digital tools such as online platforms and social media to support groups and initiatives.
