Rand is a small but vibrant rural town with a district population of approximately 170 people, and close to the tourism areas of Albury and Corowa on the Murray River.
The Rand Silo Project has been initiated by the Town Improvement Committee who are developing a strategic plan for the future of their community.
This significant visual art project recognises the positive impact on small towns by tourists following the silo trail and will be a unique and welcome addition to the many natural features of the area.
